Innerspiral is an indie wool art and dance hoop studio based in Somerset run by husband and wife team Paul & Sara EllisReid.
We are dedicated to reviving the traditional crafts of hand spinning and felt making, and infusing them with our own distinctive and modern twist, We work from our home fibre art studio to create wool ArtWear for our shop Innerspiral, which we host at various markets, festivals, fayres, arts trails and high calibre craft events throughout the year.

As dance hoopers, we can be seen hooping at many local events in Somerset, Bristol and beyond.
We run a monthly Hoop & Spin Social Disco at The Oxford in Totterdown, Bristol which is free and open to all hoopers, spinners and interested folk.
We make and sell a range of high quality dance hula hoops for adults & children using professional, durable Pro-Gaff grip tapes.
We run a great selection of fibre art workshops and a hula hoop workshop party which are available to hire for all ocassions, from festivals to birthday parties. Navigate through the site for more information.
We are both experienced and qualified play workers and are both CRB checked. We hold full public liability insurance
